dc.description.abstract	El personal de enfermería del servicio de emergencia se encuentra expuesto diariamente a múltiples riesgos laborales que pueden afectar su salud e incluso llegar a ser mortal, a causa de muchas prácticas inseguras que se suscitan al contacto con fluidos de los pacientes, elementos punzocortantes, elementos químicos y físicos. Objetivo: Analizar las prácticas inseguras que conllevan a los accidentes laborales en el personal de enfermería de los servicios de emergencia. Metodología: El presente estudio es una revisión bibliográfica, se realizó la búsqueda de literatura comprendida entre los años 2018 al 2022, obtenidas en las bases de datos como Scielo, Redalyc, Google Scholar, Elsevier, PudMed y repositorios universitarios, respecto a prácticas inseguras y accidentes laborales en el personal de enfermería, en español e inglés, que hacen un total de 29 entre artículos científicos, tesis de grado, maestría y especialidad, de los cuales solo se analizaron 20 por la relevancia científica. Conclusiones: El personal de enfermería del servicio de emergencia se encuentra en constante exposición a accidentes laborales de tipo biológico, pues posterior al análisis de las investigaciones, cerca más del 70% de ellos, manifestaron encontrarse en riesgo constante o haber tenido un accidente, siendo la practica insegura más frecuente el momento de reencapuchar las agujas.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The nursing staff in emergency area are daily exposed to multiple occupational risks that can affect their health and even become fatal, due to many unsafe practices that arise from contact with patient fluids, sharp elements, chemical and physical elements. Objective: To analyze the unsafe practices that lead to occupational accidents in the nursing staff of the emergency services. Methodology: The present study is a bibliographical review, the literature search was carried out between the years 2018 to 2022, obtained in databases such as Scielo, Redalyc, Google Scholar, Elsevier, PudMed and university repositories, regarding unsafe practices and occupational accidents. in the nursing staff, in Spanish and English, which make a total of 25 between scientific articles, undergraduate, master's and specialty theses, of which only 15 were analyzed for scientific relevance. Conclusions: The nursing staff of the emergency service are constantly exposed to biological accidents at work, since after the analysis of the investigations, nearly more than 70% of them stated that they were at constant risk or had had an accident, the practice being unsafe more frequently the time to recap the needles.	es_ES
