dc.description.abstract	La actuación del profesional enfermero para prevenir la situación de hipotermia es esencial, sobre todo por las decisiones tomadas de manera acertadas a través de los métodos y técnicas con la única finalidad de otorgar bienestar al paciente con intervención quirúrgica y evitar las complicaciones pre, intra y postoperatorios. Objetivo. Determinar los cuidados de enfermería y medidas preventivas frente a la hipotermia en el intraoperatorio. Metodología. Revisión bibliográfica, retrospectivo de diseño de estudio documental de artículos científicos. Resultados. Se encontró que 47% de los artículos se asocian a cuidados de enfermería mediante el monitoreo de la temperatura, 27% a identificar la importancia de aplicar protocolos y 27% describe la importancia de identificar de manera precoz la hipotermia intraoperatoria. Se revisaron en la base de datos de Scielo, Google Scholar, Dialnet y PubMed desde el año 2017 al 2022, obteniendo 30 artículos pertinentes y relevantes sobre el tema. Se encontró que la mayoría ostenta un diseño descriptivo, que fueron desarrollados en España y Brasil, siendo el idioma predominante inglés y publicados en el año 2019. Conclusiones. La evidencia nos indica que sobre el cuidado de enfermería frente a la hipotermia en el intraoperatorio, se hace uso de métodos activos y otros pasivos referidos a mantas calientes, aire forzado, infusiones intravenosas calentados y otros líquidos intravenosos que admitirán conseguir la normotermia, conjuntamente con el monitoreo de aspectos térmicos que permitirán la prevención de complicaciones postoperatorios como los sangrados, heridas, dolores.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The actions taken by the professional nurse to prevent hypothermia are essential, especially the correct decisions taken through the application of methods and techniques whose only goal is to assure the well-being of the patient requiring surgical intervention and avoid pre-surgical, intra-surgical and post-surgical complications. Objective: Determine the nursing care and preventive measures for intra-surgical hypothermia. Methodology: Literature search, with respect to the design of the documentary studies of scientific articles. Results: It was found that 47% of the articles were related to nursing care through the monitoring of temperature, 27% to the importance of the application of protocols, and 27% describe the importance of the early identification of intra-surgical hypothermia. A revision of the data base de Scielo, Google Scholar, Dial net and PubMed from 2017 through 2022, yielded 30 relevant and pertinent articles of the topic. It was found that the majority exhibit a descriptive design, developed in Spain and Brazil, with English being the dominant language and published in 2019. Conclusions: The evidence indicates that, with respect to nursing care of intra-surgical hypothermia, active and passive methods are used, such as hot blankets, forced air, warm intravenous infusions and other intravenous liquids in order to obtain normal body temperature, along with the monitoring of thermal parameters to prevent post-operative complications such as bleeding, wounds or pain.	es_ES
