La unidad de cuidados intensivos es un servicio donde se brinda una atención especializada a todo aquel usuario con riesgo inminente de perder la vida, dentro de estos pacientes se encuentra aquellos que necesitan ventilación mecánica, el 85% de esta terapia requieren terapéutica de sedación. Objetivo: Determinar la influencia del cuidado del licenciado de enfermería en el manejo de la sedoanalgesia del paciente crítico en ventilación mecánica en el área de cuidados intensivos de un hospital de Lima en el año 2022. Material y método: investigación prospectiva, observacional, transversal, no experimental, en una población de 90 profesionales de enfermería. El instrumento será una lista de verificación 17 ítems dicotómica (Si:1, No:0) con las dimensiones: Antes de la sedoanalgesia, Durante la sedonalgesia y después de la sedoanalgesia. Plan de análisis: los resultados serán presentados en tablas y gráficos estadísticos utilizando las medidas de tendencia central para el análisis.The intensive care unit is a service where specialized care is provided to all those users with imminent risk of losing their lives, among these patients are those who need mechanical ventilation, 85% of this therapy requires sedation therapy.
