dc.description.abstract	Esta investigación realizada en el contexto del Covid 19, tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre el nivel de estrés y el desempeño laboral en el personal administrativo de una entidad financiera, se realizará con una muestra de 50 trabajadores quienes cumplen con los criterios de selección. El proyecto de investigación es descriptivo correlacional y de corte transversal, se utilizará como técnica la encuesta y se emplearán dos instrumentos validados como el cuestionario de estrés laboral y el cuestionario de Desempeño laboral. El procesamiento de datos será realizado en el software STATA 16, aplicando la prueba estadística Rho de Spearman para determinar la correlación entre ambas variables, cuyos resultados serán presentados a través de tablas y gráficos estadísticos que permitirán identificar la relación entre el nivel de estrés y el desempeño laboral, tomando en cuenta los principios éticos.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	This research carried out in the context of Covid 19, aims to determine the relationship between the level of stress and job performance in the administrative staff of a financial institution, it will be carried out with a sample of 50 workers who meet the selection criteria. The research project is descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional, the survey will be used as a technique and two validated instruments will be used, such as the job stress questionnaire and the job performance questionnaire. The data processing will be carried out in the STATA 16 software, applying the Spearman's Rho statistical test to determine the correlation between both variables, the results of which will be presented through statistical tables and graphs that will allow the identification of the relationship between the level of stress and the work performance, taking into account ethical principles.	es_ES
