dc.description.abstract	Objetivo: Determinar el proceso de afrontamiento-adaptación y la habilidad del cuidado de padres a sus hijos pos operados mediatos de cardiopatías congénitas. Diseño metodológico: por la naturaleza de sus datos es de enfoque Cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo y corte transversal. Se realizará el estudio en un Instituto especializado cardiovascular de la ciudad de lima. La población materia de estudio serán los padres de familia, (papá o mamá) que tengan su hijo post operado mediato por primera vez de una cardiopatía congénita, hospitalizado en la Unidad de Cuidados intermedios (UCIN) y hospitalización del Servicio de Cardiopediatría. La muestra calculada para el estudio según el muestreo aleatorio simple para proporciones será de 137 padres de familia que cumplan los criterios de inclusión. Técnicas e Instrumentos de la Recolección de Información: para la recolección de datos se aplicará la técnica de encuesta y como instrumentos se utilizarán dos cuestionarios. Procedimiento de la recolección de datos: se coordinará con el responsable del área de investigación del Instituto para obtener la autorización respectiva, del mismo modo se obtendrá la autorización de los padres a través de la firma del consentimiento informado para aplicar los instrumentos. Tabulación y análisis de datos: Los datos serán codificados e ingresados a una base de datos del programa Excel y luego trasladados al programa Stata versión 16.1 para obtener tablas de distribución de frecuencia según las dimensiones y escalas de clasificación de las variables. Se trabajará con un nivel de significancia estadística de 0.05. Los resultados serán presentados en tablas, cuadros y gráficos.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Objective: To determine the coping-adaptation process and the ability of parents to care for their children after surgery for congenital heart disease. Methodological design: due to the nature of its data, it is of a quantitative approach, descriptive and cross-sectional. The study will be carried out in a specialized cardiovascular institute in the city of Lima. The study population will be the parents, (father or mother) who have their child post-operated for the first time for congenital heart disease, hospitalized in the Intermediate Care Unit (NICU) and hospitalized in the Cardiopediatric Service. The sample calculated for the study according to simple random sampling for proportions will be 137 parents who meet the inclusion criteria. Information Collection Techniques and Instruments: for data collection, the survey technique will be applied and two questionnaires will be used as instruments. Data collection procedure: it will be coordinated with the person in charge of the research area of the Institute to obtain the respective authorization, in the same way the authorization of the parents will be obtained through the signing of the informed consent to apply the instruments. Data tabulation and analysis: The data will be coded and entered into an Excel program database and then transferred to the Stata program version 16.1 to obtain frequency distribution tables according to the dimensions and classification scales of the variables. We will work with a level of statistical significance of 0.05. The results will be presented in tables, charts and graphs.	es_ES
