dc.description.abstract	El personal de enfermería que labora en cirugía forma parte de un equipo multidisciplinario, y como tal, desarrolla actividades en el bien de la salud, evitando complicaciones y brindando cuidados a los pacientes que van a ser intervenidos quirúrgicamente para que se sientan cuidadas durante todo el proceso quirúrgico. De esta manera, evitaremos la ansiedad, obteniendo así una cirugía exitosa. Teniendo presente que, donde el primer paso, que es la valoración, mecanismo que va a ayudar a determinar los problemas priorizados, para así elaborar el conjunto de actividades a realizar con base en los diagnósticos enfermeros más identificados, durante este proceso como: la ansiedad y el temor a lo desconocido, que abarca a las tres etapas: el pre, el intra y el post- operatorio. Una de las actividades durante el prequirúrgicos es la visita de enfermería, aquí la paciente expresara libremente todas sus dudas e interrogantes acerca de su cirugía, en las tres etapas y todo aquello que le genere algún nivel de ansiedad, se han de manifestar en los minutos previos a su intervención lo cual el personal de enfermería capacitado brindara información oportuna y resolverá las inquietudes que puedan presentarse que favorecerá a una mejor actitud. Objetivo: Determinar la efectividad de la visita prequirúrgica en la ansiedad de la paciente sometida a cesárea en una clínica privada de Lima. Metodología: Enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental y de tipo descriptivo retrospectivo, fundamentado en una revisión documental. Conclusión: la visita prequirúrgica de enfermería favorece positivamente en el paciente y la enfermera es el pilar fundamental para disminuir la ansiedad del paciente previo a una cirugía, brindando así seguridad estabilidad emocional y recuperación en su procedimiento quirúrgico.	es_ES

Objective: To determine the effectiveness of the pre-surgical visit in the anxiety of the patient undergoing cesarean section in a private clinic in Lima. Methodology: Quantitative approach, non-experimental design, and retrospective descriptive type, based on a documentary review. Conclusion: the pre-surgical nursing visit positively favors the patient, and the nurse is the fundamental pillar to reduce the patient's anxiety prior to surgery, thus providing security, emotional stability, and recovery in their surgical procedure.	es_ES
