La tuberculosis es una enfermedad infectocontagiosa con gran demanda a nivel global, siendo una de las primeras causas de mortalidad mundial, por tanto, es fundamental la adherencia al tratamiento; la pandemia por la COVID-19 ocasionó cambios en el actuar de los sistemas de salud, ante eso, el Ministerio de Salud recomendó reforzar el uso de las tecnologías de información y comunicación para continuar con el seguimiento del tratamiento de manera virtual. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el nivel de adherencia al tratamiento de tuberculosis y el uso de tecnologías de comunicación e información en dos centros de Salud de la DIRIS Lima Norte. Material y métodos: Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo de corte transversal, tipo descriptivo y correlacional. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 30 pacientes con tuberculosis que realizaban su tratamiento virtual en los dos establecimientos de salud. La recolección de datos fue a través del cuestionario BMG para medir la variable adherencia, y el cuestionario Uso de TIC en salud. Resultados: Existe correlación positiva (r = 0,612) y (p=0,000); el 66,7% presentan una adherencia total; el 30% tuvo un nivel alto en el uso de TIC. Conclusión: El nivel de uso de las TIC presenta una correlación positiva con el nivel de adherencia al tratamiento contra la Tuberculosis.Tuberculosis is an infectious-contagious disease with great demand at a global level, being one of the leading causes of mortality worldwide, therefore, adherence to treatment is essential; the COVID-19 pandemic caused changes in the actions of health systems, given that, the Ministry of Health recommended strengthening the use of information and communication technologies to continue monitoring treatment virtually. Material and methods: Study with a cross-sectional, descriptive and correlational quantitative approach. The study population consisted of 30 patients with tuberculosis who underwent their virtual treatment in the two health establishments. Data collection was through the BMG questionnaire to measure the adherence variable, and the Use of ICT in health questionnaire. Results: There is a positive correlation (r = 0.612) and (p=0.000); 66.7% present a total adherence; 30% had a high level in the use of ICT. Conclusion: The level of ICT use presents a positive correlation with the level of adherence to the treatment against Tuberculosis.
