Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el apoyo familiar y la adherencia al tratamiento en paciente con tuberculosis pulmonar del Centro de Salud Infantas, San Martín de Porres - Lima, 2021. Material y método: Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo, de corte transversal, y correlacional. La técnica utilizada para apoyo familiar fue la encuesta; y el instrumento, un cuestionario aplicado virtualmente en Google Forms. Para la adherencia al tratamiento, se empleó la ficha de registro de tuberculosis, y se recolectó datos mediante la técnica de la observación. La población estuvo conformada por 64 pacientes diagnosticados con tuberculosis pulmonar, quienes asisten a la ESNPCT del Centro de Salud. Resultados: En el apoyo familiar durante la primera (100%) y la segunda fase (84.6%), se obtuvo un nivel bueno. En cuanto a las dimensiones. El apoyo afectivo en la primera (100 %) y segunda fase (76.9%), presentó buen nivel. El apoyo emocional en la primera (100%) y segunda fase (79.5%), presentó buen nivel. El apoyo instrumental en la primera (100%) y segunda fase (84.6%), presentó buen nivel. Sobre el cumplimiento al tratamiento farmacológico durante la primera fase (100%) y la segunda fase (74.4%), se halló con adherencia al tratamiento. Conclusión: Según el coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman (Rho = 0.579), existe una relación de nivel medio positivo entre apoyo familiar y adherencia al tratamiento en paciente con tuberculosis pulmonar; la cual resultó estadísticamente significativa (p = 0.000), es decir, niveles altos de apoyo familiar corresponden a niveles altos de adherencia al tratamiento.Objective: To determine the relationship between family support and adherence to treatment in patient with pulmonary tuberculosis at the Infantas Health Center, San Martín de Porres - Lima, 2021. Regarding compliance with drug treatment during the first phase (100%) and the second phase (74.4%), adherence to treatment was found. Conclusion: According to Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient (Rho = 0.579), there is a positive mean level relationship between family support and adherence to treatment in patient with pulmonary tuberculosis; which was statistically significant (p = 0.000), that is, high levels of family support correspond to high levels of adherence to treatment.
