dc.description.abstract	La hipotermia intraoperatoria sigue siendo el problema más común asociado a la morbimortalidad en los pacientes quirúrgicos, por lo que es importante conocer su fisiopatología para minimizar los efectos secundarios, de modo que los profesionales de enfermería puedan tomar medidas preventivas ante posibles riesgos. Objetivo general: Analizar la evidencia científica sobre medidas preventivas aplicadas por el personal de enfermería ante el riesgo de hipotermia intraoperatoria. Metodología: Se empleó la revisión bibliográfica y se analizó artículos científicos de las siguientes bases de datos: Scielo, Pubmed, la Referencia, Alicia concytec, BVS, Elsevier, se revisaron un total de 42 artículos, los seleccionaron mediante los criterios de inclusión por el título, objetivos y resultados, se analizaron sólo 30 artículos de relevancia científica, publicados desde el año 2012 al 2022. Conclusiones: El estudio concluyó que en la evidencia científica se identificó las medidas preventivas de la hipotermia intraoperatoria que se utilizaron en diferentes métodos de calentamiento tanto pasivo como activo, en donde el más efectivo es el aire forzado, seguido de las infusiones calentadas, mantas calientes y cubrimiento de bolsas plásticas de polietileno para reducir el riesgo de los pacientes.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Intraoperative hypothermia continues to be the most common problem associated with morbidity and mortality in surgical patients, so it is important to know its pathophysiology to minimize side effects, so that nursing professionals can take preventive measures against possible risks. General objective: To analyze the scientific evidence on preventive measures applied by the nursing staff in the face of the risk of intraoperative hypothermia. Methodology: The bibliographic review was used and scientific articles from the following databases were analyzed: Scielo, Pubmed, la Referencia, Alicia concytec, BVS, Elsevier, a total of 42 articles were reviewed, selected using the inclusion criteria for the title, objectives and results, only 30 articles of scientific relevance, published from 2012 to 2022, were analyzed. Conclusions: The study concluded that the scientific evidence identified the preventive measures of intraoperative hypothermia that were used in different warming methods. both passive and active, where the most effective is forced air, followed by heated infusions, warm blankets and covering with plastic polyethylene bags to reduce the risk of patients.	es_ES
