dc.description.abstract	La investigación tiene como objetivo determinar los factores desencadenantes del consumo en mujeres con tratamiento ambulatorio diagnosticadas con abuso de alcohol de un Centro de Salud de Arequipa. El estudio realizado es de tipo cualitativo, el método descriptivo es de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 10 mujeres, utilizando el muestreo por conveniencia. La técnica que se utilizó fue la encuesta y el instrumento un cuestionario de entrevista estructurado. Los resultados fueron que del 100% de usuarias, los factores desencadenantes de consumo más sobresalientes son los relacionados a los problemas sentimentales en un 90%, seguido del factor tristeza también con un 90%, otro factor a tener en cuenta es el sufrimiento en la niñez con un 80%. Estos factores están representados por los factores individuales, socioculturales y familiares. Respecto a los factores individuales están presentes en un 60% y ausentes en un 40%, en cuanto a los factores socioculturales se encuentran presentes en un 38% y ausentes en un 62%, mientras que, en los factores familiares desencadenantes, en un 55% están presentes y en 45% ausentes.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The objective of the research is to determine the triggering factors of consumption in women with outpatient treatment diagnosed with alcohol abuse at a Health Center in Arequipa. The study carried out is of a qualitative type, the descriptive method is cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 10 women, using convenience sampling. The technique used was the survey and the instrument a structured interview questionnaire. The results were that of 100% of the users, the most outstanding consumption triggers are those related to sentimental problems in 90%, followed by the sadness factor also with 90%, another factor to take into account is the suffering in life. childhood with 80%. These factors are represented by individual, sociocultural and family factors. Regarding individual factors, they are present in 60% and absent in 40%, in terms of sociocultural factors, they are present in 38% and absent in 62%, while, in triggering family factors, in 55 % are present and 45% absent.	es_ES
