dc.description.abstract	La intervención de enfermería es fundamental en la mejora de la calidad de vida del paciente que vive con Insuficiencia cardiaca. Objetivo: Describir las evidencias científicas que respaldan la intervención de enfermería en programas orientados a pacientes con Insuficiencia Cardíaca, en los últimos 8 años a través de la revisión de literatura científica. Material y método: Revisión bibliográfica retrospectiva y análisis de literatura científica. Se realizó búsqueda desde el año 2015 a la actualidad, en las bases de datos Scielo, PubMed y Science, así mismo en revistas científicas. Resultados: El año con más publicaciones encontradas fue el 2020 con 5 artículos. Colombia y Brasil fueron los países de donde se obtuvieron más artículos, 5 y 6 respectivamente; y por ende el idioma con mayor prevalencia fue el español con 8 artículos encontrados. Con respecto a la base de datos consultadas, en su mayoría se obtuvieron de Scielo, con 12 artículos encontrados. Conclusiones: La participación de Enfermería se da de diversas formas, ya sea seguimiento, vigilancia o una participación más activa como lo son las intervenciones educativas. En cuanto a la estrategia con mayor efectivad se encuentran las intervenciones que tiene como finalidad educar la paciente con IC. Por último, se destacan los beneficios que se logran con las intervenciones, siendo las principales: adherencia al tratamiento, disminución de reingresos, aumento del conocimiento y sobre todo del autocuidado.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Nursing intervention is essential in improving the quality of life of patients living with heart failure. Objective: Describe the scientific evidence that supports nursing intervention in programs aimed at patients with Heart Failure, in the last 8 years through the review of scientific literature. Material and method: Retrospective bibliographic review and analysis of scientific literature. A search was carried out from 2015 to the present, in the Scielo, PubMed and Science databases, as well as in scientific journals. Results: The year with the most publications found was 2020 with 5 articles. Colombia and Brazil were the countries from which the most articles were obtained, 5 and 6 respectively; and therefore the language with the highest prevalence was Spanish with 8 articles found. Regarding the database consulted, the majority were obtained from Scielo, with 12 articles found. Conclusions: Nursing participation occurs in various ways, whether monitoring, surveillance or more active participation such as educational interventions. Regarding the most effective strategy, there are interventions that aim to educate the patient with HF. Finally, the benefits achieved with the interventions are highlighted, the main ones being: adherence to treatment, decreased readmissions, increased knowledge and, above all, self-care.	es_ES
