dc.description.abstract	Durante la crisis de la pandemia de COVID-19, los enfermeros se encuentran confrontados a diario con situaciones que impactan su bienestar psicológico y social. Sentimientos y pensamientos negativos se propagan, poniendo en peligro la salud mental de estos profesionales de la salud. El estrés, la ansiedad y la depresión son prevalentes entre los enfermeros, no solo afectando su salud y rendimiento actual, sino también sugiriendo riesgos de morbilidad psiquiátrica futura, lo cual puede incidir en su comportamiento y capacidad para tomar decisiones. Con el propósito de examinar la incidencia de estos estados emocionales en enfermeras de emergencia durante la pandemia de COVID-19, se llevó a cabo una exhaustiva revisión bibliográfica en varias bases de datos, incluyendo Pubmed, Scielo, Elsiever, Medline, Wiley y BMC, seleccionando los estudios más pertinentes para los objetivos planteados. Los resultados indican una alta frecuencia de estrés, seguido por ansiedad y depresión entre estas enfermeras durante la crisis sanitaria. Es imperativo que los profesionales de emergencia afronten estas adversidades y se adapten de manera positiva en su rutina laboral para seguir brindando atención de calidad, sin descuidar su salud mental. Esto implica gestionar sus miedos y preocupaciones a pesar de trabajar en un entorno de alta carga viral, con deficientes condiciones laborales y escasez de equipamiento de protección personal adecuado, así como enfrentarse al difícil escenario de presenciar la muerte de pacientes.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	During the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, nurses are confronted daily with situations that impact their psychological and social well-being. Negative feelings and thoughts spread, endangering the mental health of these health professionals. Stress, anxiety, and depression are prevalent among nurses, not only affecting their current health and performance, but also suggesting risks of future psychiatric morbidity, which may impact their behavior and ability to make decisions. In order to examine the incidence of these emotional states in emergency nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic, an exhaustive literature review was carried out in several databases, including Pubmed, Scielo, Elsiever, Medline, Wiley and BMC. selecting the most relevant studies for the stated objectives. The results indicate a high frequency of stress, followed by anxiety and depression among these nurses during the health crisis. It is imperative that emergency professionals face these adversities and adapt positively in their work routine to continue providing quality care, without neglecting their mental health. This involves managing their fears and concerns despite working in a high viral load environment, with poor working conditions and a shortage of adequate personal protective equipment, as well as facing the difficult scenario of witnessing the death of patients.	es_ES
