dc.description.abstract	En la actualidad la volumetría por tomografía computarizada es considerada el mejor método para evaluación del remanente gástrico post cirugía bariátrica, es por ello que la presente monografía tiene como Objetivo: Describir la importancia de la volumetría por tomografía computarizada para la evaluación del remanente gástrico post cirugía bariátrica. Tipo de estudio: Monografía Metodología: Se ha realizado una revisión y análisis bibliográfico en Pubmed, Google académico sobre artículos de volumetría por tomografía para seguimiento y evaluación de complicaciones post cirugía bariátrica. Resultados: De la revisión de los 15 artículos, el 20% de ellos realizan la dilatación del remanente gástrico con contraste diluido, el 67% realizan dilatación por sales efervescentes, de la revisión se determina que en el 33% de los protocolos se administra Antiespasmódico oral o endovenoso, mientras que en el 67% no lo incluye, se determina que 60% representa sus resultados en Volumen Rendering, MPR con medidas de diámetro y área de anastomosis, el 73% de volumetrías se realizaron por seguimiento o evaluación post cirugía,. Conclusión: La Volumetría por Tomografía Computarizada es útil en evaluación del remanente quirúrgico de cualquier tipo de cirugía bariátrica, con datos exactos del volumen, medidas de anastomosis y evaluación de la forma anatómica del remanente y sus complicaciones.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Currently, computed tomography volumetry is considered the best method for the evaluation of gastric remnant after bariatric surgery, that is why this monograph has the following Objective: To describe the importance of computed tomography volumetry for the evaluation of gastric remnant after bariatric surgery. Type of study: Monograph Methodology: A bibliographic review and analysis was carried out in Pubmed, Google Scholar on articles on computed tomography volumetry for follow-up and evaluation of complications after bariatric surgery. Results: From the review of the 15 articles, 20% of them performed dilatation of the gastric remnant with diluted contrast, 67% performed dilatation by effervescent salts, from the review it was determined that 33% of the protocols administered oral or intravenous antispasmodic, while 67% did not include it, it was determined that 60% represented their results in Volume Rendering, MPR with measures of diameter and area of anastomosis, 73% of volumetries were performed for follow-up or post-surgical evaluation. Conclusion: Computed Tomography Volumetry is useful in the evaluation of the surgical remnant of any type of bariatric surgery, with accurate volume data, anastomosis measurements and evaluation of the anatomical shape of the remnant and its complications.	es_ES
