La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal sistematizar una experiencia de retroalimentación en escritura argumentativa realizada a través de WhatsApp a estudiantes de cuarto grado de secundaria de un colegio público de Lima, durante el contexto de la educación remota, en el año escolar 2021. La investigación es de tipo cualitativo, nivel descriptivo y el diseño es la sistematización de experiencias. Los participantes fueron los estudiantes, la docente investigadora y la subdirectora del colegio. Para recopilar datos, se utilizó el análisis documental, la entrevista a profundidad y el grupo focal. La sistematización detallada de esta experiencia revela que el uso de WhatsApp permite una interacción dinámica y formativa entre docentes y estudiantes, en la que se combinan diversas estrategias y formas de retroalimentación. Además, es notorio el mejoramiento en la calidad de los textos retroalimentados, especialmente en aspectos como la adecuación al tipo textual, coherencia y capacidad argumentativa. No obstante, persisten desafíos como el uso excesivo de tiempo para realizar la retroalimentación y el limitado involucramiento de estudiantes en este proceso.The present research aims to systematize an experience of argumentative writing feedback conducted through WhatsApp with fourth-grade high school students from a public school in Lima, during the context of remote education, in the academic year of 2021. The research is qualitative in nature, descriptive in level, and its design revolves around the systematization of experiences. The participants were the students, the researching teacher, and the school's vice principal. To gather data, document analysis, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions were employed. The detailed systematization of this experience reveals that the use of WhatsApp enables a dynamic and formative interaction between teachers and students, integrating diverse feedback strategies and forms. Furthermore, a noticeable improvement in the quality of the feedbacked texts is evident, especially regarding aspects such as textual adequacy, coherence, and argumentative capacity. However, challenges persist, such as excessive time consumption for providing feedback and limited student involvement in this process.
