La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo describir el conocimiento, actitudes, prácticas e índice de vacunación e infecciones post vacuna covid-19 en una empresa de construcción civil. la metodología fue de tipo básica, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y de nivel descriptiva. la muestra estará conformada por 235 trabajadores de la empresa de construcción entre los meses de enero de 2021 a diciembre del 2022, se empleó como instrumento el cuestionario, posteriormente se solicitó la autorización pertinente a las personas encargadas para la recopilación de la información necesaria para seguido procesar la información y dar respuesta a los objetivos. según los resultados se observa que los trabajadores entre 36 a 51 años mantienen un nivel alto de conocimientos (45.1%), los trabajadores de 52 a 67 años tienen un nivel alto de actitudes (53.1%) sobre la vacunación e infecciones post vacuna covid-19 en una empresa de construcción civil. por otro lado, el 90.6% de los trabajadores entre 52 a 67 años se ha vacunado contra el covid-19 y el 87.5% de los trabajadores entre 52 a 67 años de edad se enfermó después de haberse vacunado en una empresa de construcción civil.The objective of this research was to describe the knowledge, attitudes, practices and index of vaccination and post-vaccination covid-19 infections in a civil construction company. the methodology was of basic type, quantitative approach, non-experimental design and descriptive level. the sample will be made up of 235 workers of the construction company from January 2021 to December 2022, the questionnaire was used as an instrument, and later the pertinent authorization was requested to the people in charge of collecting the necessary information to process the information and respond to the objectives. the results show that workers between 36 and 51 years of age have a high level of knowledge (45.1%), workers between 52 and 67 years of age have a high level of attitudes (53.1%) about vaccination and post covid-19 infections in a civil construction company. on the other hand, 90.6% of workers aged 52 to 67 years have been vaccinated against covid-19 and 87.5% of workers aged 52 to 67 years became ill after being vaccinated in a civil construction company.
