El objetivo principal de esta revisión sistemática es analizar las intervenciones neuropsicológicas considerando los enfoques, métodos y técnicas más relevantes de la atención sostenida en niños y adolescentes con Trastorno por Déficit de Atención con o sin Hiperactividad en edad escolar. Esta revisión sistemática es elaborada bajo los criterios PRISMA en su versión español, método que contiene pasos específicos para la búsqueda, identificación y selección de los estudios que se ajusten a lo que se requiere. Así se han seleccionado 10 estudios, de un total de 9,349 publicaciones de las bases de datos Dialnet, SciELO, PubMed y Google Académico, bajo los siguientes criterios de inclusión: que sean publicaciones experimentales y de países de habla hispana, que tengan como muestra a niños y adolescentes en el rango de 6 a 18 años y que acudan regularmente a la escuela, además de tener como diagnóstico principal, el TDA/H.Todos estos estudios abordan el tema de la intervención neuropsicológica de la atención sostenida en niños y adolescentes con Trastorno por Déficit de Atención con o sin Hiperactividad y nos brindan aportes significativos acerca de los enfoques, métodos y técnicas más relevantes utilizados en este ámbito. El Trastorno por Déficit de Atención con o sin Hiperactividad es concebido como un trastorno del neurodesarrollo que se manifiesta en la niñez, continuando hasta la edad adulta. Entre los síntomas que presenta están la hiperactividad, la impulsividad y la dificultad para mantener la atención.The main objective of this systematic review is to analyze the neuropsychological interventions considering the most relevant approaches, methods, and techniques of sustained attention in children and adolescents with Attention Deficit Disorder with or without Hyperactivity at school age. This systematic review is prepared under the PRISMA criteria in its Spanish version, method that contains specific steps for searching, identifying and selecting studies that fit what is required. Thus, 10 studies were selected from a total of 9,349 publications from the Dialnet, SciELO, PubMed, and Google Scholar databases, based on the following inclusion criteria: they must be experimental publications from Spanish-speaking countries, have a sample of children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 who regularly attend school, and have ADHD as the primary diagnosis.All of these studies addresses the topic of neuropsychological intervention of sustained attention in children and adolescents with Attention Deficit Disorder with or without Hyperactivity and provide us with significant contributions about the most relevant approaches, methods and techniques used in this field. Attention Deficit Disorder with or without Hyperactivity is conceived as a neurodevelopmental disorder that manifests itself in childhood, continuing until adulthood. Among the symptoms it presents are hyperactivity, impulsivity and difficulty maintaining attention.
