Objetivo: validar el formato de nota de enfermería basado en el SOAPIE para el servicio de medicina. Material y método: estudio de tipo descriptivo, cuantitativo y de corte transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 12 profesionales de enfermería. Se aplicó un formato de nota de enfermería elaborado por la investigadora, el cual fue validado por su contenido, constructo y confiabilidad. El formato de nota de enfermería estuvo basado en el PAE mediante la estructura del SOAPIE y la teoría de enfermería de Virginia Henderson para la valoración y las intervenciones de enfermería del NIC; dicho registro fue aplicado por los 12profesionales de enfermería del servicio de medicina hospitalización durante un mes. Resultados: Se obtuvo una Razón de Validez de Contenido (RCV) alto y un Índice de Validez de Contenido (IVC) mayores a 0.56; en cuanto a la dimensión constructo el análisis de componentes principales obtuvo 16 constructos con un valor mayor a 1, con una variabilidad del 83%. Se obtuvo la confiabilidad mediante la prueba estadística de alfa de Cronbach de 0.818.Conclusiones: Los resultados del estudio demuestran que es válido el formato denota de enfermería propuesto en el servicio de medicina hospitalización, el mismo que cumple con lo establecido en la Norma Técnica del MINSA y tiene como base una teoría de enfermería; logrando ser estandarizada, comprensible, con soporte legal y asegurando la continuidad del cuidado.Objective: to validate the nursing note format based on SOAPIE for the medical service. Material and method: descriptive, quantitative and cross-sectional study. The population was made up of 12 nursing professionals. A nursing note format prepared by the researcher was applied, which was validated for its content,construct and reliability. The nursing note format was based on the PAE using the SOAPIE structure and the nursing theory of Virginia Henderson for the assessment and nursing interventions of the NIC; this record was applied by the 12 nursing professionals of the service o for a month. Results: A high Content Validity Ratio(CVR) and a Content Validity Index (IVC) greater than 0.56 were obtained; regarding the construct dimension, the principal component analysis obtained 16constructs with a value greater than 1, with a variability of 83%. Reliability was obtained using the Cronbach's alpha statistical test of 0.818.Conclusions: The results of the study demonstrate that the format of the nursing note proposed in the hospitalization medicine service is valid, the same one that complies with what is established in the Technical Standard of the MINSA and isbased on a nursing theory; managing to be standardized, understandable, with legal support and ensuring continuity of care.
