Introducción: Según la OMS, en 2023, 10.9 millones de personas de todo el mundo contrajeron tuberculosis, de las cuales fallecieron 1.25 millones. Por su parte, la OPS, en 2022, calculó un aproximado de 325.000 casos de tuberculosis en América, de los cuales fallecieron 35.000 personas. En Perú, según MINSA, entre 2018 y 2022 se notificaron 151.329 casos de tuberculosis, donde en 2022 aumentó en un 8.54% la notificación de casos, a la vez que, incrementó la tasa de mortalidad en 6.72 con respecto al 2021. Objetivo: Determinar los factores que influyen en la adherencia al tratamiento de los pacientes con tuberculosis sensible de los centros de salud del distrito San Martín de Porres- 2023. Material y método: Enfoque cuantitativo, método correlacional, tipo aplicado, diseño no experimental y corte transversal. La muestra se conformó por 90 pacientes, se utilizaron dos cuestionarios conformados por 24 y 12 ítems respectivamente. Resultados: Los factores relacionados con el equipo o sistema de asistencia sanitaria fueron los más influyentes en la adherencia al tratamiento de los pacientes con tuberculosis sensible (n=80). Conclusiones: El factor más influyente en la adherencia al tratamiento de tuberculosis sensible de los pacientes del programa de tuberculosis de los centros de salud del distrito San Martín de Porres- 2023 fue el relacionado con el sistema de asistencia sanitaria. No obstante, en promedio, la mayoría de los casos tuvieron factores medianamente influyentes, predominando la adherencia moderada. Por tanto, se encontró una relación estadística compleja y no lineal.Introduction: According to the WHO, in 2023, 10.9 million people around the world contracted tuberculosis, of which 1.25 million died. In Peru, according to MINSA, between 2018 and 2022, 151,329 cases of tuberculosis were reported, where in 2022 the notification of cases increased by 8.54%, while the mortality rate increased by 6.72 compared to 2021. Objective: Determine the factors that influence treatment adherence of patients with sensitive tuberculosis in the health centers of the San Martín de Porres district - 2023. Material and method: Quantitative approach, correlational method, applied type, non-experimental design and section cross. The sample consisted of 90 patients, two questionnaires were used consisting of 24 and 12 items respectively. Results: Factors related to the health care team or system were the most influential in treatment adherence of patients with susceptible tuberculosis (n=80). Conclusions: The most influential factor in adherence to sensitive tuberculosis treatment of patients in the tuberculosis program of the health centers of the San Martín de Porres district - 2023 was related to the health care system. However, on average, most cases had moderately influential factors, with moderate adherence predominating. Therefore, a complex and non-linear statistical relationship was found.
