dc.description.abstract	Introducción: La psicomotricidad terapéutica es una modalidad de intervención de la psicomotricidad que atiende a niños con dificultades en la adquisición de habilidades, en la regulación emocional o en su interacción con el otro. Promueve el desarrollo de funciones motoras, cognitivas y socioemocionales a partir del movimiento y el cuerpo. Objetivo: Describir los hallazgos bibliográficos sobre la psicomotricidad terapéutica y su influencia en la conducta de los niños. Metodología: El estudio realizó una revisión narrativa de artículos en español, inglés y portugués publicados desde el 2017 al 2024. Los artículos fueron extraídos de Scopus, Pubmed y Google Académico. Inicialmente, se revisaron y seleccionaron artículos en función del título y resumen, posteriormente, se eligieron aquellos de acceso libre y, finalmente, se aplicaron los criterios de elegibilidad. Descripción de hallazgos: Se revisaron 112 artículos, de los cuales, se seleccionaron 13 para revisión final. Se evidenció que la psicomotricidad terapéutica reduce la agresividad, estrés y ansiedad. También aumenta el control de emociones e impulsividad, mejora los tiempos de espera y la atención, desarrolla la empatía y favorece las relaciones interpersonales en los niños. Conclusiones: La psicomotricidad terapéutica tiene influencia positiva sobre la conducta de los niños. Su intervención varía entre 1 a 3 sesiones por semana, durante 1 a 8 meses, de forma individual, grupal o aplicada junto a terapia psicológica. Se recomienda realizar más investigaciones sobre el efecto de la psicomotricidad terapéutica en el aspecto socio emocional y conductual de niños.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Introduction: Therapeutic psychomotricity is a modality of psychomotor intervention aimed at children with difficulties in skill acquisition, emotional regulation, or social interaction. It promotes the development of motor, cognitive, and socio-emotional functions through movement and the body. Objective: To analyze the literature on the findings of therapeutic psychomotricity and its influence on children's behavior. Methodology: The study conducted a narrative review of articles in Spanish, English, and Portuguese published between 2017 and 2024. Articles were sourced from Scopus, PubMed, and Google Scholar. Initially, articles were reviewed and selected based on their titles and abstracts; subsequently, those with open access were chosen, and finally, the established eligibility criteria were applied. Findings: A total of 112 articles were reviewed, of which 13 were selected for the final review. The findings showed that therapeutic psychomotricity reduces aggressiveness, stress, and anxiety. It also enhances emotional and impulse control, improves waiting times and attention, fosters empathy, and supports interpersonal relationships in children. Conclusions: Therapeutic psychomotricity has a positive influence on children's behavior. Interventions range from 1 to 3 sessions per week, lasting from 1 to 8 months, either individually, in groups, or in combination with psychological therapy. Further research is recommended on the effects of therapeutic psychomotricity on the socio-emotional and behavioral aspects of children.	es_ES
