Este proyecto tiene como objetivo determinar la percepción de los usuarios sobre la calidad del cuidado brindado por el profesional de enfermería del servicio de ambulancia de una municipalidad de Lima. Esta investigación será de tipo básico, con un diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. Tendrá un enfoque cuantitativo y un nivel descriptivo. Su población estará conformada de 300 usuarios, de los cuales se seleccionará una muestra de 168 participantes que aceptarán voluntariamente, previa firma del consentimiento informado. Para este estudio, se utilizará como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento un cuestionario de 10 preguntas, el cual será validado mediante juicio de expertos y una prueba piloto. Los datos obtenidos se registrarán en una base de datos en Excel y serán procesados con el software estadístico SPSS versión 26.0. El análisis se realizará mediante estadística descriptiva, utilizando gráficos y tablas.This project aims to determine users' perceptions of the quality of care provided by nursing staff in an ambulance service in a municipality of Lima. This basic research will employ a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. It will have a quantitative approach and a descriptive level of analysis. The population will consist of 300 users, from which a sample of 168 participants will be selected based on their voluntary participation and prior informed consent. A survey will be used as the data collection technique, and the instrument will be a 10-question questionnaire. This questionnaire will be validated through expert review and a pilot test. The data obtained will be recorded in an Excel database and processed using SPSS statistical software version 26.0. The analysis will be performed using descriptive statistics, including graphs and tables.
