En el contexto actual, la problemática de estudio se trata de un problema cada vez más acuciante que afecta a la productividad, especialmente en ámbitos que requieren una gran inversión emocional y una concentración continua. Por ello, se buscará la relación entre síndrome de burnout y síntomas depresivos en personal de enfermería, mediante un diseño no experimental y un alcance correlacional. Los participantes fueron seleccionados empleando un procedimiento de muestreo no probabilístico a conveniencia. Los datos se recopilarán mediante una encuesta, que ha sido verificado previamente para este contexto específico. En el análisis estadístico se utilizarán estadísticas descriptivas y pruebas inferenciales para determinar las correlaciones entre las variables relevantes.In the current context, the problem under study is an increasingly pressing issue that affects productivity, especially in areas that require significant emotional investment and continuous concentration. Therefore, the relationship between burnout syndrome and depressive symptoms in nursing staff will be investigated using a non-experimental design and a correlational approach. Participants were selected using a non-probabilistic convenience sampling procedure. Data will be collected through a survey, which has been previously verified for this specific context. Descriptive statistics and inferential tests will be used in the statistical analysis to determine the correlations between the relevant variables.
