El presente trabajo de investigación, buscará determinar el nivel del cuidado humanizado que practica la enfermera (o) en el paciente crítico al final de la vida en la unidad de cuidados intensivos de una clínica privada, Lima 2020, desde un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, no experimental y transversal. La población de estudio estará conformada por todo el personal de enfermería que labora en la unidad de cuidados intensivos y a una muestra de 18 enfermeras se aplicará un cuestionario construido a partir de la escala propuesta por Rivera y Triana en el año 2003 y adaptado por Rivera, Triana y Espitia en 2010; el mismo que será validado por juicio de expertos, así como también se analizará la confiabilidad o consistencia interna por medio del estadístico Alfa de Cronbach. Para el análisis se emplearán técnicas estadísticas descriptivas que permitan agrupar y resumir los resultados para tener mayor facilidad de interpretación, para ello se emplearán softwares como el IBM SPSS versión 26 y la hoja de cálculo Excel 2016.This research work will seek to determine the level of humanized care practiced by the nurse in the critical patient at the end of life in the intensive care unit of a private clinic, Lima 2020, from a quantitative, descriptive approach, non-experimental and cross-sectional. The study population will be made up of all the nursing personnel who work in the intensive care unit and a questionnaire will be applied to a sample of 18 nurses based on the scale proposed by Rivera and Triana in 2003 and adapted by Rivera, Triana and Espitia in 2010; the same that will be validated by expert judgment, as well as the reliability or internal consistency will be analyzed by means of the Cronbach's Alpha statistic. For the analysis, descriptive statistical techniques will be used that allow grouping and summarizing the results to have greater ease of interpretation, for this, softwares such as IBM SPSS version 26 and the Excel 2016 spreadsheet will be used.
