El presente informe de investigación tuvo como objetivo general describir las opiniones y percepciones de los docentes de Educación Inicial de la región Puno sobre las políticas educativas, según la encuesta Endo 2018. La investigación presentó un enfoque cuantitativo, debido a que la información fue extraída de la base de datos de la encuesta Endo 2018 y es de un diseño descriptivo simple. Además, la muestra estuvo conformada por los docentes de Educación Inicial de la región Puno que participaron en la encuesta. Para lo cual, se empleó la técnica de análisis de datos haciendo uso del instrumento de base de datos centrado en el eje “Opinión y percepción”. Los resultados indicaron que las docentes están a favor de las iniciativas que se vienen implementando por parte del sector educación. A pesar de ello, la gran mayoría señala que no son beneficiarios de estas iniciativas y que merecen mejor atención por parte de las instituciones del sector educativo.The general objective of this research report was to describe the opinions and perceptions of Early Childhood Education teachers in the Puno region on educational policies, according to the Endo 2018 survey. The research has a quantitative approach, since the information was extracted from the 2018 Endo survey database and is of a simple descriptive design. In addition, the sample was made up of Early Childhood teachers from the Puno region who participated in the survey. For which, the data analysis technique was used making use of the database instrument centered on the "Opinion and perception" axis. The results indicate that teachers are in favor of the initiatives that are being implemented by the education sector. Despite this, the vast majority indicate that they are not beneficiaries of these initiatives and that they deserve better attention from the institutions of the education sector.
