La prematuridad es una condición correspondiente a un embarazo que finaliza antes de las 37 semanas de gestación. Es tan delicada esta condición que la prematuridad es la causante del 75 al 80% de morbimortalidad fetal a nivel global. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre los Factores Socioculturales y el nivel de Estrés de las madres de recién nacidos prematuros de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatal del Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo, 2020. Metodología: La investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño descriptivo correlacional. La muestra será probabilística y estará conformada por 80 madres de neonatos prematuros hospitalizados. Para la recolección de datos se usará como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. La recolección de datos de los Factores socioculturales se hará por medio de un cuestionario elaborado por la autora de este trabajo, y para el Nivel de estrés el instrumento será la Escala de Estrés Maternal, mientras que la prueba estadística a utilizar será el coeficiente de correlación rho de Spearman.Prematurity is a condition corresponding to a pregnancy that ends before 37 weeks of gestation. Methodology: The research has a quantitative approach, of correlational descriptive design. The sample will be probabilistic and will be made up of 80 mothers of hospitalized premature infants. For data collection, the survey will be used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. The data collection of the sociocultural factors will be done through a questionnaire elaborated by the author of this work, and for the stress level the instrument will be the Maternal Stress Scale, while the statistical test to be used will be the correlation coefficient Spearman's rho.
