El presente trabajo monográfico tiene como Objetivo: analizar la intervención de enfermería al paciente en el área de triaje del servicio de emergencia. Material y métodos: estudio de tipo documental, cuya búsqueda de artículos se realizó en la base de datos de PubMed, Biblioteca Virtual en Salud Enfermería, RENATI y Google académico, donde se analizaron 20 artículos desarrollados entre enero 2010 a julio 2020. Resultados: De los trabajos de investigación considerados, el 53% de trabajos fueron buscados a través de Pubmed, el 30% fueron publicados durante el 2017, el 85% fueron internacionales y 5% nacionales; 53% consideraron el nivel de conocimiento en triaje como parte de las intervenciones de enfermería. Así mismo, 47% también consideraron las habilidades en triaje. El 55% consideró la prioridad de atención como indicador de conocimiento, mientras que 53% consideraron como habilidad la precisión para asignar a los pacientes al lugar apropiado para su tratamiento, de acuerdo a la gravedad de este. Conclusiones: El área de triaje en emergencia es importante en toda institución sanitaria, donde el profesional de enfermería es el personal más adecuado para la atención en dicha, cabe destacar que entre las intervenciones de enfermería de triaje, se debe contemplar el nivel de conocimiento y las habilidades del personal de enfermería. Así mismo, los principales indicadores de conocimiento son: la clasificación de acuerdo a síntomas y signos y dar prioridad de atención a los pacientes graves, mientras que los principales indicadores de habilidad en el personal de enfermería son la precisión y la eficacia. |

The present monographic work has as Objective: analyze the nursing intervention to the patient in the triage area of the emergency service. Material and methods: a documentary study, whose search for articles was carried out in the PubMed database, Virtual Health Library Nursing, RENATI and academic Google, where 20 articles developed between January 2010 and July 2020 were analyzed. Results: Of the research papers considered, 53% of papers were searched through Pubmed, 30% were published during 2017, 85% were international and 5% national; 53% considered the level of knowledge in triage as part of the nursing interventions. Likewise, 47% also considered triage skills. 55% considered the priority of care as an indicator of knowledge, while 53% considered the precision in assigning patients to the appropriate place for their treatment as skill, according to the severity of this. Conclusions: The area of triage in emergency is important in every health institution, where the nursing professional is the most appropriate staff for the care in this, it should be noted that among the triage nursing interventions, the level of knowledge and skills must be considered of the nursing staff. Likewise, the main indicators of knowledge are: classification according to symptoms and signs and prioritizing care for critically ill patients, while the main indicators of skill in nursing personnel are precision and efficacy. |
