La pandemia de COVID-19, ha reforzado la necesidad de las empresas de contar con un Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) que se ajuste a sus condiciones y características particulares para evitar los contagios entre trabajadores, los accidentes de trabajo o las enfermedades ocupacionales. Es decir, a todas las entidades empleadoras les corresponde cumplir con la obligación de certificar que el sitio de trabajo se mantenga libre de riesgos y que, cada tarea pueda realizarse sin efectos negativos innecesarias; y, al mismo tiempo, garantizar un lugar de trabajo saludable y productivo. En esta realidad se encuentra inmersa la empresa Suma2 Consultores, como una institución asesora en el área de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST). El objetivo de este planeamiento estratégico es que la empresa sea una Institución Prestadora de Servicios de Salud (IPRESS) reconocida por la satisfacción brindada a sus clientes de salud ocupacional en la ciudad de Lima. En este sentido, se plantearon como estrategias principales: (a) Desarrollar nuevos servicios para evaluaciones médicas, fisioterapias, psicología, entre otros. (b) Solicitar financiamiento al banco BBVA por un monto de S/300 000 a una tasa de 10% anual. (c) Reclutamiento, selección y contratación de nuevos especialistas en el área de salud ocupacional. (d) Incorporar un profesional para gestionar las finanzas. (e) Implementar un plan de selección e inducción, de personal. (f) Implementar un sistema de publicidad y marketing. (g) Diferenciar precios de los servicios por segmentos de clientes. (h) Construir o adquirir un lugar físico para su funcionamiento acorde al financiamiento obtenido. (i) Implementar la certificación del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad ISO9001 para poder competir.

The COVID-19 pandemic has strengthened the need of the companies to have an Occupational Health and Safety Management System that adjusts to their particular conditions and characteristics to avoid contagion between workers, work accidents or occupational diseases. That is to say, it is up to all the employing entities to comply with the obligation of certify that the workplace is kept risk-free and that each task can be performed without unnecessary negative effects; and, at the same time, ensure a healthy and productive workplace. The company Suma2 Consultores is immersed in this reality, as an advisory institution in the area of Occupational Safety and Health. The objective of this strategic planning of the occupational health company Suma 2 Consultores is for the company to be a Health Service Provider Institution (IPRESS) recognized for the satisfaction provided to its occupational health clients in the city of Lima. In this sense, the main strategies that were proposed are: (a) Develop new services for medical evaluations, physiotherapies, psychology, among others. (b) Request a loan to become an IPRESS from BBVA bank for an amount of S / 300,000 at an annual rate of 10%. (c) Recruitment, selection and hiring of new specialists in the area of occupational health. (d) Hiring a professional to manage finances. (e) Implement a human selection and induction plan. (f) Implement an advertising and marketing system. (g) Differentiate prices of services by customer segment. (h) Build or acquire a physical place for its operation according to the financing obtained. (i) Implement the ISO9001 Quality Management System certification in order to contend.
