El acoso escolar, es un fenómeno social con una incidencia creciente que afecta mayoritariamente a estudiantes de educación secundaria (Fundación Anar y Fundación Madrileña, 2020; Ministerio de Educación y Formación Profesional, 2021). Por consiguiente, el presente estudio cualitativo y con metodología de sistematización de experiencia, tiene como finalidad dar a conocer la ejecución de un programa contra el acoso escolar dirigido a estudiantes de 1ero de secundaria en una IE de Madrid en el 2020. Para la elaboración del programa, se aplicó el Cuestionario de Convivencia Escolar para Educación Secundaria y los resultados de este, fueron contrastados con informes elaborados por el centro educativo, evidenciando indicadores de acoso escolar en el grupo del primer año de secundaria. Considerando que el acoso escolar es un fenómeno que afecta al desarrollo individual y social del estudiantado y el cual repercute en la convivencia escolar; se resalta la necesidad de prevenir este tipo de violencia dentro del recinto educativo. Frente a ello, se desarrolla un programa con el objetivo de prevenir el acoso escolar en estudiantes de 1ero de secundaria, planteando actividades desde un enfoque integral y respondiendo a las necesidades propias de los y las estudiantes. El programa contó con la participación del 96,80% de estudiantes y se obtuvo como resultados altos porcentajes en los indicadores; cohesión grupal, sentido de pertenencia, actitud crítica frente a discursos de odio, autonomía personal, discurso a favor de una interacción basada en el respeto y tolerancia, actitud de crítica frente a conductas discriminatorias y actitud de rechazo contra conductas discriminatorios.Bullying is social phenomenon with a growing incidence that affects mostly high school students. Therefore, the present qualitative study, with the methodology of systematization of experience, aims to report on the implementation of a program against bullying aimed at students in the 1st year of high school in Madrid in 2020. For the elaboration of the program, the School Coexistence Questionnaire for Secondary Education was applied and the results were contrasted with reports prepared by the school, evidencing indicators of bullying in the first year of secondary school. Bullying is a phenomenon that affects the individual and social development of students and affects school coexistence; do this reason it is necessary to prevent this type of violence at school. The program is developed with the objective of preventing bullying in high school students, proposing activities with a comprehensive approach and responding to the students' own needs. In the program, 96.80% of students participated and the results obtained were high percentages in the following indicators: group cohesion, sense of belonging, critical attitude towards hate speech, personal autonomy, discourse in favor of an interaction based on respect and tolerance, critical attitude towards discriminatory behavior and attitude to fight against discriminatory behavior.
