El presente trabajo de tesis tiene como objetivo general determinar las características que ha presentado la capacitación y formación en servicio según la opinión de los docentes de nivel primaria de instituciones educativas del departamento de Ayacucho registrados en la Encuesta Nacional a docentes (ENDO) 2018. Cuenta con tres objetivos específicos que pretenden identificar las características de cada una de las tres dimensiones: el desarrollo de acciones formativas, el acompañamiento pedagógico y los intereses formativos; según la opinión de los docentes de nivel primaria de instituciones educativas del departamento de Ayacucho registrados en la encuesta ENDO 2018. Cabe resaltar, que el aporte de esta investigación es de carácter práctico, debido a que, a partir de la determinación de los resultados se pueden identificar los aspectos que han destacado y los que requieren ser reforzados en las próximas versiones. Respecto a la metodología, es una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo con un tipo de estudio descriptivo simple, de diseño no experimental - transversal. Asimismo, en lo que concierne al plan de recojo y análisis de datos, se considera que, con la finalidad de poder obtener información precisa, se trabajó con los resultados de la encuesta ENDO del año 2018, de la cual se seleccionaron algunas preguntas pertenecientes al eje 600. Para el análisis de datos se hizo uso de un programa estadístico y del Microsoft Office Excel en Windows 10. Del mismo modo, se presenta los resultados mediante tablas y/o gráficos.The general objective of this thesis work is to determine the characteristics presented by in-service training and education according to the opinion of primary-level teachers of educational institutions in the department of Ayacucho registered in the National Teacher Survey (ENDO) 2018. Account with three specific objectives that seek to identify the characteristics of each of the three dimensions: the development of training actions, pedagogical support and training interests; according to the opinion of primary level teachers from educational institutions in the department of Ayacucho registered in the ENDO 2018 survey. It should be noted that the contribution of this research is of a practical nature, because, from the determination of the results, they can identify the aspects that they have highlighted and those that need to be reinforced in the next versions. Regarding the methodology, it is a quantitative approach research with a type of simple descriptive study, of non-experimental design - cross-sectional. Likewise, as regards the data collection and analysis plan, it is considered that, in order to obtain accurate information, the results of the 2018 ENDO survey were used, from which some questions belonging to the axis 600. For the data analysis, a statistical program and Microsoft Office Excel were used in Windows 10. In the same way, the results are presented by means of tables and / or graphs.
