El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de trabajo colaborativo y sus dimensiones interdependencia positiva, responsabilidad individual y habilidades sociales en los docentes de instituciones educativas pertenecientes a la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local (UGEL) 04 del distrito de Comas de Lima Metropolitana durante el año 2020. Se utilizó el muestreo no probabilístico de tipo consecutivo en un total de 35 docentes. El diseño de la investigación fue no experimental de tipo descriptivo transeccional. Los datos se recogieron a partir del uso de cuestionario validado por Mesías y Monroy (2017) el cual contiene 20 ítems de tipo de afirmaciones cerradas, que fueron remitido por vía e-mail. Los resultados mostraron de manera global que más del 50 % de los docentes manifiestan tener un nivel “eficiente” de trabajo colaborativo, mientras que solo un 11,43 % se evalúa con un nivel “deficiente”. En conclusión, el trabajo colaborativo según la autovaloración de los docentes de las escuelas que pertenecen a la UGEL 04 Comas se encuentra en un nivel eficiente. Cabe mencionar que cerca de la mitad de los encuestados, considera que su nivel de trabajo colaborativo es de forma regular.The objective of this research work was to determine the level of collaborative work and its positive interdependence dimensions, individual responsibility and social skills in teachers of educational institutions belonging to the Local Educational Management Unit (UGEL) 04 of the Comas district of Metropolitan Lima. during the year 2020. Consecutive non-probabilistic sampling was used in a total of 35 teachers. The research design was non-experimental descriptive transectional type. The data was collected from the use of a questionnaire validated by Mesías and Monroy (2017) which contains 20 items of the type of closed statements, which were sent by e-mail. The results showed globally that more than 50% of teachers state that they have an "efficient" level of collaborative work, while only 11.43% are evaluated with a "poor" level. In conclusion, the collaborative work according to the self-assessment of the teachers of the schools that belong to the UGEL 04 Comas is at an efficient level. It is worth mentioning that about half of the respondents consider that their level of collaborative work is regular.
