La hemodiálisis es la terapia más empleada por la población renal a nivel nacional, en la cual no se desarrolla adecuadamente el proceso de adaptación a este nuevo estilo de vida resultando ineficaz algunas veces este proceso en los pacientes renales. El objetivo de la investigación es determinar el proceso de adaptación de pacientes adultos en terapia de hemodiálisis en un establecimiento de salud, Lima 2022. Cuyo diseño de investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo, transversal y descriptivo. La muestra será conformada por 163 pacientes que obedezcan los criterios de inclusión del estudio. Se empleará como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario denominado “Proceso de adaptación de pacientes adultos en terapia de hemodiálisis” para lo cual se explorará según la Teoría de Callista Roy y sus modos adaptativos. La información obtenida se organizará en el programa Excel y se presentará estadísticamente mediante tablas y cuadros con su análisis respectivo. Se considerará en su desarrollo los parámetros del proceso científico y los criterios éticos de la investigación.Hemodialysis is the therapy most used by the kidney population at the national level, in which the process of adaptation to this new lifestyle is not adequately developed, sometimes resulting in this process being ineffective in kidney patients. The objective of the research is to determine the adaptation process of adult patients on hemodialysis therapy in a health facility, Lima 2022. The research design has a quantitative, cross-sectional and descriptive approach. The sample will be made up of 163 patients who meet the inclusion criteria of the study. The survey will be used as a technique and the questionnaire called "Adjustment process of adult patients in hemodialysis therapy" will be used as an instrument, for which it will be explored according to the Callista Roy Theory and its adaptive modes. The information obtained will be organized in the Excel program and will be presented statistically through tables and charts with their respective analysis. The parameters of the scientific process and the ethical criteria of research will be considered in its development.
