Existen escasos estudios en nuestro contexto enfocado en la emergencia como área de los servicios de salud destinada a la atención, evaluación, diagnóstico y tratamiento y sus procesos específicamente en la atención prehospitalaria del paciente con COVID-19. Objetivo general: Determinar la relación entre el tiempo de respuesta en la atención prehospitalaria y el nivel de prioridad del triaje en pacientes con COVID-19 en el Centro Regulador de Urgencias y Emergencia Nacional (CRUEN) EsSalud -Lima-2021. Material y método: el estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, tipo descriptivo y correlacional, retrospectivo. El estudio será en base a fuente secundaria, se aplicará la técnica de la observación y como instrumento una lista de chequeo, siendo la unidad de análisis los registros de atención del paciente en el Centro Regulador de Urgencias y Emergencia Nacional de EsSalud- Lima, específicamente del paciente que reporta COVID-19.There are few studies in our context focused on the emergency as an area of health services destined to care, evaluation, diagnosis and treatment and its processes specifically in the prehospital care of the patient with COVID-19. General objective: to determine the relationship between response time in prehospital care and triage priority level in patients with COVID-19 in the Centro Regulador de Urgencias y Emergencia Nacional (CRUEN) EsSalud -Lima-2021. Method: the study is quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive and correlational, retrospective. The study will be based on secondary sources, the observation technique will be applied and a checklist will be used as an instrument. The unit of analysis will be the patient care records at the Centro Regulador de Urgencias y Emergencia Nacional de EsSalud- Lima, specifically the patient reporting COVID-19.
