Cada día son personas más jóvenes que compiten por un puesto laboral y para poder conservar su empleo aceptan trabajar más de 8 horas muchos sin contratos laborales, sin vacaciones o algún tipo de compensación. La excesiva carga en el entorno laboral, las malas relaciones en el trabajo, el elevado nivel de exigencia; puede desencadenar síndrome de burnout. Objetivo: “Determinar la relación entre el síndrome de burnout y la calidad de vida del profesional de enfermería en el servicio de cuidados intensivos”; con diseño correlacional, transversal y no experimetal. 35 enfermeras seran participe de este estudio. Para el procesamiento de los resultados y análisis se se utilizara Microsoft Excel y el SPPS versión 24 asimismo, se interpretara a través de gráficos .
