La percepción de la calidad del cuidado enfermero es considerada la evaluación subjetiva que tienen los pacientes, familiares o usuarios de los servicios de enfermería sobre la excelencia, efectividad y humanización en la atención recibida. Objetivo: Determinar la percepción de familiares de pacientes ingresados a la unidad de cuidados intensivos sobre la calidad del cuidado de enfermería en un hospital MINSA. Cañete 2022, cuyos Métodos y Materiales: será básica, con enfoque cuantitativo y descriptivo; el cual contará con una muestra de 26 familiares de pacientes ingresados a la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos. Para el estudio se utilizará la técnica denominada encuesta, cuyo instrumento será el cuestionario “Percepción del familiar sobre la calidad de cuidado que brinda la enfermera al paciente crítico en el servicio de emergencia”. Plan de análisis: Los datos obtenidos serán ingresados a la hoja de cálculo de Excel versión 16 y luego serán exportados al software estadístico SPSS versión 26 para su análisis, de acuerdo a la estadística descriptiva, los resultados obtenidos serán interpretados y responderán a los objetivos del estudio.The perception of the quality of nursing care is considered the subjective evaluation that patients, family members or users of nursing services have of the excellence, effectiveness and humanization of the care received.
