Al observar que la Enfermera especialista en centro quirúrgico como parte del equipo quirúrgico tiene funciones y responsabilidades, pero estas responsabilidades y actuaciones no se documentan, por lo que a través del presente trabajo de investigación se realizó un registro para ser utilizado exclusivamente por la enfermera especialista en centro quirúrgico, la cual será de gran utilidad para el paciente y el equipo quirúrgico porque apoya, mantiene y mejora la calidad de la atención, pudiendo ser una fuente de evaluación para la toma de decisiones y un documento legal que traduce los actos del equipo de salud y apoya la investigación. Por tales motivos creemos pertinente validar un registro donde la enfermera Especialista en Centro Quirúrgico documente sus funciones. Se realizará un estudio de tipo descriptivo de corte transversal, por lo que la aplicación del registro de la enfermera instrumentista se realizará en un solo tiempo. Se elaboró el instrumento y se sometió a juicio de diez expertos conformado por profesionales de enfermería especialistas en centro quirúrgico y de amplia trayectoria en cuanto al tema a investigar, teniendo las sugerencias respectivas de cada experto se reestructurará el formato. El estudio se realizará en el Hospital Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen, ubicado en el Distrito de La Victoria, se tomará una muestra de 10 enfermeras de la población de enfermeras del centro quirúrgico del Hospital Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen utilizando el tipo de muestreo no probabilístico por cuotas.Observing that the surgical nurse specialist, as part of the surgical team, has functions and responsibilities, but these responsibilities and actions are not documented, this research project developed a record for exclusive use by the surgical nurse specialist. This record will be of great use to the patient and the surgical team because it supports, maintains, and improves the quality of care. It can serve as a source of evaluation for decision-making and as a legal document that reflects the actions of the healthcare team and supports research. For these reasons, we believe it is pertinent to validate a record where the surgical nurse specialist documents their functions. A descriptive, cross-sectional study was conducted, meaning that the application of the surgical nurse record was carried out at a single point in time. The instrument was developed and submitted to a panel of ten experts comprised of surgical nurse specialists with extensive experience in the research topic. Based on the respective suggestions of each expert, the format was restructured. The study was conducted at the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen Hospital, located in the La Victoria District. A sample of 10 nurses was taken from the nursing population of the surgical center of the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen Hospital using the non-probabilistic quota sampling method.
