El cambio de paradigma que se manifestó a raíz del Plan Bolonia en la educación superior artística (De Lavigne, 2013), en nuestro contexto, se desarrolló a partir de la Ley N°29292 (Congreso de la República, 2008), la cual insertó a la Escuela Nacional Superior Autónoma de Bellas Artes del Perú (Ensabap), y a otras instituciones similares, al sistema universitario peruano. El propósito que demandó este trabajo fue analizar la inserción de las artes en la educación superior peruana, porque en nuestro medio, la importancia de su enseñanza siempre ha sido desconsiderada (Sineace, 2015). Por tal motivo, se genera la siguiente pregunta: ¿Cómo se desarrolló el proceso de inserción de la Ensabap al sistema universitario desde el 2008 al 2010? El diseño de la investigación es un Estudio de Caso de tipo Cualitativo. Las técnicas de investigación que se emplearon fueron: Análisis documental, Análisis de videos, y diez entrevistas semiestructuradas (cinco a docentes y cinco a estudiantes). Los resultados más sobresalientes, fueron: 1- El contexto estuvo caracterizado por un hartazgo del estudiante hacia la institución. 2- Las oportunidades laborales y académicas de sus estudiantes eran escasas. 3- Algunos integrantes deseaban pertenecer al sistema universitario y otros no. 4- No se realizó un estudio previo sobre la pertinencia del cambio de modelo educativo en el estudiante.The paradigm shift that manifested itself in artistic higher education because of the Bologna Plan (De Lavigne, 2013), in our context was developed from Law No. 29292 (Congreso de la República, 2008) which inserted the Peruvian university system to the National Higher Autonomous School of Fine Arts of Peru (Ensabap) and other similar institutions. The purpose of this work is to analyze the insertion of the arts in Peruvian higher education, since in our environment their teaching has always been considered unimportant (Sineace, 2015). For this reason, we generate the following question: How did the process of insertion of Ensabap into the university system develop from 2008 to 2010? The research design is a Qualitative Case Study. The research techniques used were Documentary Analysis, Video Analysis, and ten semi-structured interviews (five with teachers and five with students). The most outstanding results were: 1- The context was characterized by a weariness of the student towards the institution. 2- The job and academic opportunities of its students were scarce. 3- Not all its members wanted to belong to the university system. 4- A previous study was not carried out on the relevance of the change of educational model in the student.
