La investigación tuvo como objetivo general describir la comunicación pedagógica en tiempos de pandemia desde la percepción de los estudiantes de una universidad privada de Lima. Para la consecución de los objetivos del estudio, la investigación empleó un enfoque cuantitativo y nivel descriptivo. La población de estudio estuvo delimitada por 868 estudiantes y la muestra compuesta por 110 alumnos del 3°, 5°, 7° y 9° ciclo del semestre 2022 – I, de la carrera de Laboratorio Clínico perteneciente a una universidad privada de Lima. Para conocer la percepción estudiantil, los alumnos llenaron un cuestionario, que previamente fue sometido a una validación por juicio de expertos y además obtuvo un 0.948 en la aplicación del alfa de Cronbach. La información se procesó con el paquete estadístico SPSS Versión 25. Al respecto, los resultados indican que un 50.9% de estudiantes refieren un nivel medio de comunicación pedagógica en tiempos de educación en pandemia, seguidos de un 41.8% de nivel alto y únicamente un 7.3% de estudiantes que refieren un nivel bajo de comunicación pedagógica, en a educación universitaria. Estos hallazgos concluyen que la mayoría de los estudiantes tienen una percepción positiva sobre la comunicación pedagógica que se llevó a cabo durante la pandemia.The main objective of the research was to describe pedagogical communication in times of pandemic from the perception of students of a private university in Lima. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the research used a quantitative and descriptive approach. The study population was delimited by 868 students and the sample consisted of 110 students of the 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th cycle of the semester 2022 - I, of the Clinical Laboratory career belonging to a private university in Lima. In order to know the student perception, the students filled out a questionnaire, which was previously submitted to a validation by expert judgment and also obtained a 0.948 in the application of Cronbach's alpha. The information was processed with the SPSS Version 25 statistical package. In this regard, the results indicate that 50.9% of students report a medium level of pedagogical communication in times of pandemic education, followed by 41.8% with a high level and only 7.3% of students who report a low level of pedagogical communication in university education. These findings conclude that the majority of students have a positive perception of the pedagogical communication during the pandemic.
